Hello, how may I annoy you?

I need to ring the travel agent to sort out something about a flight that I've booked. Their opening hours are 10am-8pm. When I called at around 10.10am, I got connected to their offline message, saying please call back during working hours (which they repeated it on their message as 10-8). Ok, maybe people are starting a little bit late today. Also, their clocks could be 10 minutes slower, so I decided to wait for a little while more...

10.45am... I'm still getting this $^%&@ offline message!? To the best of my knowledge, 10.45am is a later time than 10am!

Nah, I was only trying to change the flight date, but too much hassle. So, I gave up in the end.
