Queries regarding your bill...

I've got an email from college today about my unpaid college bill. Here's an excerpt:
"Your college bill of GBP 763.20 is due on the 25th August 2005. If you have any queries regarding your bill, please do not hesitate to contact me."
It is the college's usual tactics to use the phrase "queries regarding the bill" when they really mean ""why haven't you paid?". Now, check the date: 17 August 2005 - in other words, I still have over a week before payment is due. Therefore, stop pestering me for money, as this will only add to my dissatisfaction of college attitude towards students.
Besides, why give them money early when it could be sitting in my bank earning 0.000000001p of interest? haha...
